My NetID does not work in Moodle.

I entered my NetID and password and it alerts me that I don’t have a registered account. I also tried to retrieve my information through the forgot password method, but was again blocked by the same alert of not having an account. How can I solve this issue?


Answer

For new incoming students, the first step to do is to change the temporary password that was given by the IT staff with the NetID. Once the password is successfully changed, the NetID account will start working for all JCU services including Moodle.
