I am having trouble logging into Moodle. What should I do?

If you are experiencing trouble logging into Moodle with your JCU Net ID, you need to contact itsupport@johncabot.edu, possibly including screenshots in your message.
When you log in, make sure to use your JCU Net ID (and not your personal email or your school email if you are a study abroad student).
If you see the error message linked below, your browser is probably filling the log in page automatically with the wrong set of credentials. To avoid this occurrence, you can disable the option, use an incognito/private window, or a different browser.
