I have submitted my thesis but I still have an hold on my account. Why?
Answer
All the students that need to submit a thesis have two hold on their accounts:
- One hold for thesis
- One hold for the ETD form
The holds are removed when we download the thesis and form. All theses are processed during business hours and when you receive a confirmation that everything is in order, you holds will be removed.
It might take one business day to process all theses.
