I would like to change my name in Moodle.

Moodle displays the legal name students and faculty have in JCU official records. If you would like to have a different name displayed you can use the JCU Preferred/Lived Name Form to make an official request.
The form can be used to request that one's lived/preferred first name be displayed on their class rosters, as the display name on their John Cabot login, email, and Teams, as well as on their university badge/ID.
Supporting legal documentation is not required to request a first name change on class rosters, display name or JCU badge/ID, whereas last names cannot be altered without the relevant supporting legal documentation.
