I cannot see my newly added courses

The Moodle courses will automatically be generated when students are registered into them. Empty classes, with no students in them, do not trigger Moodle to create the course. If you want to prepare your classes, use a previous version of the course and do the work there. Once your new Moodle course has been created, with the current enrolled students, you can then simply copy the content into the new course. Otherwise, get in touch with Moodle Support and ask them to create a fake temporary class you can use for developing the materials that you can then copy into the new course once it is created.
