I’m having trouble using the printing website. What should I do?

  • I can't reach the website.

The online printing service only works when connected to the JCU network. Check your connection to the JCU WiFi, and disable your VPN if it is active.

  • I can't log in to the website. 

Always use your JCU NET ID to connect to the website. If you enter the password incorrectly more than three times, your account may be locked. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using this link: Self-Service Password Reset.

  • The printer shows a message saying that it is unable to print / the job I submitted doesn't appear on the printer. 

This might be a temporary bug of the website. Try to submit your job again.
