How to attribute Creative Commons licensed images?

Answer

All CC licenses require that you attribute the original author(s); but there is not a single correct way to provide attribution, and instead attribution must be given to the best of one's ability using information available.

However some elements must be included if present, such as:

-Author (name or pseudonym)

-Title of the work

-CC License Type

-Copyright Notices

You can place the attribution info under the photo (preferred) or at the end of the post/content.

Please check our Creative Commons Guide  to read more information about CC licenses, how to attribute them and how to build one of them if necessary.
