I'm trying to access an article for which JCU Discovery tells me we have access to the full text.
When I click on the View full text button, Proquest does not display the article.

When there is an indexing problem with full text articles, try to see if the library has access to the article you are interested in via multiple databases. You can verify this by clicking on the title of your article to display the detailed record.
Then scroll to the bottom to see if the full text is available in multiple platforms (links available) and expand the Access Online menu. The first on the list is always the one selected by the View full text button.
Once you have expanded the menu, you will be able to select a different database.
