If a student failed to submit a paper on a Turnitin Assignment in Moodle, you can upload the paper yourself by clicking on the upload icon next to the name of the student within the assignment.
In this way the paper will be run through Turnitin like all the others and, at the same time, stored within Moodle.
Alternatively, you can upload the paper independently on Moodle by following the instructions available at the attached link.
