Can I upload photos taken by third parties to Moodle?

Subject to the privacy rights of the depicted subjects, photos can generally be uploaded only if they are made for educational or research purposes; they must have the sole purpose of illustration, and non-commercial purposes (art. 70, comma 1).
Other copyrighted images can only be uploaded after lowering their resolution and referencing their authors.
