Why is the printer saying my print is in a queue?

When you go to print from one of our computers, make sure to select the correct printer name from the drop down menu. The default might be set on "Simplex" or "Duplex" which are located in the computer labs and require scanning your ID to release. Our printers all have their names posted on them and will print automatically when something is sent to them (unless they are out of paper, which would be a different issue and would show on the display).
