What should I do if I have a problem with my printing credit?

Answer

The library has printers but does not deal with the printing credits. You will need to contact the IT department at itsupport@johncabot.edu if you are having issues. You can also check out more information on the IT printing policy page.

Some useful information to know:

  • Each semester, students receive an automatic amount of printing credit. The credit is 40€ for Fall and Spring semesters and 20€ for Summer semesters. 
  • Prints from black and white printers are 10 cents a page and prints from color printers are 60 cents a page. 
  • You can check your printing balance by going to print.johncabot.edu. This is also the website you use to print from your own device.
